The Via Dolorosa — The Way of Suffering
Jeshua’s long walk toward Golgotha, remembered through the Stations of the Cross, each step marking the path that led to crucifixion.
And yet, what was also unfolding along that road was something many could not see:
The Way of Love.
The Way of Love held by Jeshua’s beloved, Mary Magdalene — the steady presence of the feminine witness who did not turn away.
Through her devotion, we are brought into the heart of the women who bore witness to the entire ordeal, as sacred partner on a shared mission.

Our Shabbat gathering enters this moment in lineage remembrance.
We come into sacred unity with the Shekinah, the indwelling Divine Presence, honoring that even in the shadow of history, Shabbat was kept.
We will honor the elements and share bread and wine in our traditional Shabbat rhythm — a remembrance of sacred union, of covenantal love embodied at the table.
As we enter vigil, this service will be less celebratory and more contemplative. There will be prayer. There will be stillness. There will be space to honor Jeshua’s final breath without rushing toward resurrection.
It was Mary Magdalene who remained.
And it was Mary Magdalene who would become the first living church — the first witness of the risen one, entrusted to carry the message forward.
As we move into Easter Sunday, we behold the miracle and fulfillment of prophecy — the reappearance of Love itself.
All who attend our Good Friday Shabbat Vigil will receive a Resurrection letter in their inbox, a sacred Easter message of light and love, offering perhaps a new way to behold this holy time of year.
In this gathering, we will explore teachings from Magdalene’s lineage about Good Friday — why it mattered then, and why it still matters now.
