Beloveds,
There is something stirring in me as Holy Week approaches that I cannot ignore.
A flame is growing within, nudging me, a reminder whispers:
you were there, and you are here now
I had not planned to hold Shabbat this Easter.
In truth, I closed that space for a time—
But what is Shabbat if not the place where we lay down our burdens…
and remember what is holy?
And what is Easter, if not the Resurrection of the Sacred?
So I am resurrecting Shabbat this Easter—not as tradition, but as remembrance
A Magdalene Shabbat
An intimate circle
A return to the ones who remained
A place where the feminine Christ light is honored, spoken, and felt
We will gather in the spirit of Maryam of Magdala.
She who wept.
She who anointed.
She who witnessed.
She who rose.
If the word resurrection touches something in you beyond reason…
Then this gathering is for you
The incense burns
The candle flames illuminate
The space consecrated
Pause from the doing
Find yourself in reverence for this holy moment
Let it resurrect your Light
